I’ve learned through my own experience, how deeply powerful mindful awareness in the body and mind can contribute to healing.

I’ve navigated the complexities of childhood trauma, limiting beliefs, PTSD, and the pervasive stress of corporate burnout. These experiences, while challenging, ultimately led me to discover the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. Through various mindful practices, I found not just relief, but a deeper understanding of holistic healing.
