For beginners and seasoned explorers alike, this workshop offers a nurturing environment to slow down, breathe deeply, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence.
We begin by moving inward with gentle, intuitive movements, allowing your body to release tension and awaken a quiet inner awareness. This isn’t about rigorous exercise, but rather about listening to your body’s wisdom and finding a comfortable flow that anchors you in the present moment. From this place of inner stillness, we transition to creating outward through the captivating art of the mandala.
These sacred circles, intricate patterns born from your own hands, become a visual representation of your inner landscape, grounding your centre in vibrant expression and offering a tangible reflection of your journey. The Mandala workshop will be facilitated by Dr Carla Pontes, a Health Coach, Artist, Researcher and Science Writer from Sandbaai.
