Amongst the apple orchards in full bloom, you’ll be guided through a journey of connection, movement, reflection, and celebration. This is a time to open space for self-nurturing, growth, and new possibilities, blooming into your divine feminine.

We’ll gather in the orchard for a simple grounding meditation taking a few moments to acknowledge the significance of the season of renewal and new beginnings, and the sacred space we hold together as woman.
We’ll embark on a silent mindfulness walk through the orchard, awakening all your senses, followed by a journaling session to help you reflect on what part of you is ready to blossom and what new possibilities you are ready to embrace.

We’ll move into a gentle heart-opening yoga flow to awaken your body and energy, inviting a sense of openness and possibility.
Enjoy the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, calming the nervous system and helping you absorb the intentions you’ve set on a deeper level. This is a time for quiet reflection and stillness. Enjoy a delicious, nourishing breakfast at Cheverells’ country café taking time for joyful conversation, celebrating new connections, and nourishing your body.

We’ll end the morning with the Crown of the Divine Feminine workshop. This is a sacred, creative ceremony. You’ll be provided with fresh flowers, foliage, and other materials to mindfully weave your own flower crown. This is not just a beautiful accessory; it’s a powerful symbol of your own blossoming potential and the queen within. Once complete, we’ll hold a quiet crowning ceremony, where you’ll place the crown on your own head as a symbol of self-love and empowerment as we close the retreat.
