Yoga and Ayurveda are often called sister sciences – two streams flowing from the same ancient river of wisdom.
Both seek harmony and when brought together, they offer a holistic path to living in alignment with body, mind, spirit and senses.
This month, our yoga journey is inspired by the five elements – EARTH, WATER, FIRE, AIR and SPACE.
Each element lives within us, shaping our energy, our health, and our way of being in the world. By integrating these elements into our practice, we invite balance not only on the mat but in life itself.
This approach reminds us that wellness is not a single practice but a way of living – honouring the wisdom of the body, the cycles of nature and the connection of spirit.
So join me in exploring the elements through this integrated path of Yoga and Ayurveda – an invitation to return to balance, wholeness and flow.
